Vacancies ANT I For Ship Security Asst. Manager

GENERAL INFORMATION :

The Ship Security Asst. Manager is responsible to implement, enforce ships security policies and assist crewing team to screening ship crew candidates

Key Responsibility

1. Reviewing Security condition via Random Checks / calls to company vessel
2. Conduct review for attitude check for all sign on crew
3. Assist recruitment team for all new joining crew to ensure clean background check
4. Maintaining database on any information on Security & Close communication with the Head of Department
5. Maintain discipline (check and evaluation) for all vessel crew
6. Conduct interview for sign off crew to check incompatibility onboard
