Position Custom Formalities Staff (Surabaya Placement).

Responsibilities :

Ensuring end to end process of custom's documents are well arranged
Ensuring all cargoes received well in consignee hand
Ensuring all cargoes delivered well from shipper
Custom modul data entry, make necessary contact & coordination with internal and external customer, and others (shipping, general forwarder)
Making PEB/PIB and documents related to export - import

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma 3 in any major
Minimum 1 years experience in simillar position
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Required Knowledge and skill(s) : Logistic knowledge, customs/export-import (Preferably have custom certificate / Sertifikat Uji Ahli Kepabeanan), able to manage PEB & PIB modules, computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point), filling system ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
